Some of you guys may have noticed that i have posted in the popular local forums. Apparently, it wasnt effective enough. I am currently searching and recruiting a Operations/Logistics Analyst for my company. The details are as follows:

Position: Operations Analyst (Full Time)

We are an established company, located in town within 2 mins walk from Lavender MRT station. We deal in industrial and marine supplies and have been serving our corporate customers for more than 50 years. We are looking to expand our operations and in order to boost our corporate operations backbone, we are looking for a young, full of drive, logistics and operations analyst with a positive attitude.

Duties/Job Scope:
60% (Operations)
1) Customer service, sales support & taking calls
2) Filing, administrative work
3) Understanding & improving business processes

40% (IT)
1) IT support & general troubleshooting
2) Preparation of analysis data
3) Any IT work with regards to sales, online orders etc

Requirements:
Ø Fresh graduate with diploma in business/IT related disciplines
Ø No work experience required
Ø Meticulous and accurate in data management with good analytical skills
Ø Singaporean/PR females with prior sales/IT experience will be advantageous
Applicants are expected to go through a structured training phase before becoming full fledged.
