It's the end of the year again; for the working adults they should be looking forward to the long weekends ahead while youngsters look forward to the countdown parties. Every year passes so quickly now, and so many springs and winters come and go. Do people change as the seasons change?Anyway, results just came out recently and it was my best record so far. I'm happy that my efforts were rewarded. Thank goodness. And to add icing on the cake, I got my first A in NUS! It didnt come easy so I am proud of myself to get 2 of them. I guess life has not been too bad for me after all. Things are certainly picking up... I hope?
There may be times when you feel down, lonely, dark, gloomy (especially during this festive season) and you lose sight of the light in your life. But if you are reading this, be strong, keep pinning your hopes on your dreams and goals. You have great friends around you who can keep you company and help you through. I believe it will be soon when we can catch the fireworks again! :)
The past year for me has been generally uneventful, I guess that has to be expected of NUS students. Hopefully next year I will get to spend some time overseas with my friends; to enjoy, relax and recharge.
Have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! :)
