Being so slack and keep SMS only during work my boss still give me an average score for my appraisal when I expected an even lower score.. Like the worst on the scale.. She just subtly told me to keep my phone away during work and try to be more hardworking. My mum said she was trying to give me a second chance..
Then yesterday my uncle and sister told me to stay on and learn the more in-depth processes which will happen in the later half of the year.. Maybe October or something.. Because if I learn that, I can go work in offshore banks or foreign countries and even those small medium companies. My insurance agent also told me my job is a "metal rice bowl" because all the companies need to deal with trading.. Importing and exporting.. I will be able to prepare the necessary documents for it.. Stuff like that..
I really don't know..
My sister said this "if you are going to leave a job, you have to take a skill with you." but until now, I can be honest with you.. I still don't know what I'm doing. I don't understand the process.. I'm a slow learner plus I have no interest.. Maybe it's time to do some reading up huh..
What should I do.. Endure a few more years and be more hardworking to lay the steps down for my future or to change to a new track totally?
