I have this silly dream of mine.
Many years back, after seeing Zoe Tay getting married to her husband -- which was a grand affair as her husband was an officer, there were sword bearers at her wedding. After seeing that grand wedding, I was so charmed by the sword bearers. My dream was to date, marry an officer and have sword bearers at my wedding. Childish, no?
Years passed and I forgot about this silly dream of mine until my mum's cousin's wedding. He was an officer too and there were sword bearers at his wedding! It was a spectacular sight. Impressive and grand. I was once again mesmerised by the idea of having sword bearers. But then again, it was forgotten again due to the fact that I had no connection to know any officers.
Then my brother was admitted to OCS and this long gone dream rekindled again. I pinned my hopes on him. BUT! Who knows! My brother chose to drop out of OCS and my dreams were dashed again so this dream was forgotten once again.
Now that I may have the chance -- I think that I might have a chance if I try to open my heart plus I must stay on. But I want to give it up. So fan jian right. =(
Never mind! It's okay! I will change my dream then! Instead of sword bearers, probably will have people standing in two lines with those trumpets with flags then the two of us walk in. Very fairytale like eh? hahaha
